Responsible for claims over Photo Album Book
Did you ever heard of a company indicating fault themselves even after the delivery? I’m sure not, but we cater all your claims even after the delivery.
Recently one of our client, CEANOTHE SAS of France ordered photo album book that contains space of 24 photos in it. Unfortunately, due to some technical fault, one page of the photo album book was missing in the whole order. The sticker pasted on the photo album book says it contains space for 24 photos but due to that missing page they were 20.
As we take our client and customers seriously and want to be honest with them we checked that issue on our own even after the shipment was delivered and they started selling it. When we figured out, we called them immediately and told them to stop selling the product.
As the problem was at our end, we admitted our mistake and re-manufactured a new batch on our cost and shipped back to the client.
Therefore, happy and satisfied customers are on our list and we have long-term reliable relationships with them.
